Founder

With nearly two decades in Dubai building a career in luxury living and high-net-worth networks, Ayu co-founded Tranquility Bali and established Bali Beans Coffee, expanding her expertise across hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle ventures. Guided by dedication and a commitment to world-class service, she founded UTTAMA Hospitality to set new standards in property management and integrated lifestyle experiences, blending global excellence with Balinese soul.

Adi Putra

CEO

Starting his career at 19, Adi has over 15 years of international hospitality experience in Dubai and Vietnam, contributing to pre-opening projects such as Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, Atlantis The Palm, and Armani Hotel at Burj Khalifa. Rising from line staff to Operational Manager, he also served as a consultant at Intercontinental Danang. Returning to Bali, Adi joined COMO, Starwood, and later Marriott International, where he held senior roles including Director of Food & Beverage at Sthala Tribute Portfolio Ubud. He has also supported multiple Marriott pre-openings, including Fairfield Legian, Aloft Seminyak, and Fairfield Sunset Road, bringing expertise in operations, leadership, and brand standards.

A graduate of Tourism Business Management, Agus Adinata currently serves as COO with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He specializes in operational management and e-commerce, enhancing the competitiveness of the business. With a professional approach, Agus ensures that every aspect of service runs effectively and consistently.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Agung has built a career spanning reservations, sales & marketing, and corporate finance. Having worked with numerous five-star properties, he possesses in-depth knowledge of both operational and financial aspects of hospitality businesses. His combined expertise in operations and finance enables him to develop comprehensive, results-driven business strategies and deliver sustainable growth.
